How do I create an account?
Click on the Signup. You’ll need to enter your email address and create a password. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be sent an email to verify your account. By creating an account, you agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, so make sure you’ve read those.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
Go to the login screen, then click ‘Forgot your password’. Enter your email address and you’ll be sent a link to reset your password.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
If you have a monthly plan, your account will remain active until the end of the month. Your account will remain active until the renewal date for those on an annual plan. However, you can choose to take down your apps at any time from the dashboard.
Will my app work after I cancel my subscription with you?
Your application will remain accessible until your subscription has expired. During this time, you can still edit it and reactivate your account by selecting a new plan. However, you can choose to take down your apps at any time from the dashboard.
Can I reactivate my plan after cancellation?
Yes, you can reactivate your plan by logging into your dashboard.
If I publish my app on the web and as both Android and iOS apps do I need a subscription plan for each?
When deploying apps, you only require a subscription plan per app, not for each location where you deploy the same app. This means that if you have a single app and deploy it on the web, Apple App Store, and Android App Store, you will only need one subscription.
If I only publish my app as a website or just on one of the app stores can I get a reduction in the plan subscription?
No, our plans are per app, irrespective of where you choose to deploy it, or not.
