What Are Parts?
A part is a component that can be added to the page. A part can be as simple as a button or as complex as a full page.
Where Can I Find Parts?
You'll find the parts menu by clicking the icon on the left menu, where you will find a huge repository of pre-built functional parts to help you speed up your app-building journey.
What Type of Parts Can I Add?
Like many things in Appeggio, parts can be as simple or as complex as you'd like them to be. You can use our existing parts to help you build anything you like and customize them to your heart's content. You can also create customized parts by combining base parts, like assembling a Lego structure! On the parts menu, you will find the following:
Page sections
Forms
Full Pages
Texts
Buttons
Images
Menus
Lists

Base Parts
You can add these sections to your page to display information or drive an action. Ranging from hero or testimonials sections to features and services sections, the diversity of our catalog is sure to contain what you need. Page sections adopt your app's theme, which you will have set up in your settings so not much tinkering is needed after selecting your desired section.
Forms
We've got a range of complete forms and form sections that can be combined to create complete forms. From personal info to application forms, there are several to choose from. Like all other sections, forms are fully responsive and adapt to your app's fonts and colors. Select a form, change some settings, and receive submissions in minutes. Like the rest of our parts, forms are preconfigured to work, meaning submitting a form in the tool will go through to your database as an actual form response.
Full Pages
Full pages contain numerous parts that serve many different functions so you can deploy as fast as possible. Fully built, so little effort is required from you to build your app. Of course, you can add to and customize full pages as much as you'd like. Examples of types of full pages include landing pages, blog pages, pricing, contact, careers, about us, sign in, thank you, not found, services and features.
Texts
Contains all the different text types available in the Appeggio platform. By clicking on a text and adding it to your app, you'll quickly notice that text parts follow the typography themes you've set, so what you see is what you get.
Buttons
Buttons are essential for crafting user interactions. We have made a diverse collection of buttons so you can spend more time building and less time designing. Buttons also automatically adapt to your app's color theme. Buttons can be used to create an action, whether they link to a page, call an API or run a process or function. You can use buttons to deliver the experience to your users they need.
Images
Select one of many styled images. Choose a style and change the image to one you've already uploaded, or feel free to upload a new one.
Menus
Menus are one of the most time-consuming aspects to design on an app. There are several menu options available for you to select from. Whether you need top-level menus and navbars, hamburger menus, or dropdowns, we've got you covered.
Lists
Want to lay out information on your page? Then, scroll through our premade lists and select the one you like the most! After selecting one, change the list of items and add new ones if needed. Lists are a great way to display important information in digestible chunks and ensure your users consume all of it.
Icons
Icons are great for adding visual feedback to the user. You don't need to scour the web to find your preference icon; view our options and plug your icon wherever needed.
Base Parts
If you don't find just what you need from our pre-built pages, sections, or forms, you can start from scratch or add to them using our Base Parts. Base Parts are all the smallest parts you need to build anything, from simple text boxes and radio buttons to parallax containers and complex list boxes. Like everything else in Appeggio, all our base parts will automatically assume your application's color theme and styles. They will automatically adjust to whatever screen size they are being viewed on.
Adding Parts
Start by selecting where you want the part to go. You can do this by clicking where you want the part to be.
Once you are happy with your target, click on the part menu and choose your favorite part. Once you click "+ Add to page", you'll see that your part has appeared in your app.
Add Empty Containers to Build Your Own Layouts
Many different parts within the 'Layout' section of the base parts can help to form the structure of your app. For example, there are containers, groups, panels, rows, and columns. These types of parts are great when you want to build your own custom parts, allowing you to create anything you like from the ground up.
To add one of these, choose your target, then go to the parts menu > Base parts > Layout. Once selected and added to your canvas, you can then add media or any other part or section within those layout parts.
Create Custom Parts
Creating custom parts in Appeggio is a breeze. All of the parts in Appeggio are built using the base parts. You can stack base parts on top of base parts like Lego blocks to create your own unique parts. Similar to normal parts and blank sections, select your target and click on the parts menu > Base parts; you'll see a huge range of different base parts, so experiment with combinations and actions to create a totally unique app. You can also use base parts to customize anything in the parts menu further.
