How to add and style artboards.

What is an Artboard?

An Artboard provides a fixed-size container to display demo content across a range of mobile sizes. It is a versatile part that can accommodate other parts. You can get as creative as you like with what you display in your artboards. For example, you can add images, cards, text, chats - anything that you'd like to display within the artboard mobile sizes available.

How To Add and Style Artboards

Artboards can be displayed vertically or horizontally.

Adding and Editing an Artboard

To add an artboard, select the part where you’d like to add your mask go to Base Parts > Artboard, select your preferred artboard, and click ‘+’.

Once you've added your artboard, select the artboard to open the artboard property editor on the right.

Adding/Changing the Image and the Shape

To add or change an image within an artboard, select the artboard, Click on Image > Value Set to select your image from the Media Gallery, or upload an image from your device.

You can then adjust the image opacity using the Decoration Editor in the property editor, by accessing the 'Image Opacity' tab.

To change the 'shape' of the artboard, meaning the preset dimensions of the artboard, Click on Shape > Value Set to reveal the artboard sizes available, and select your preferred size.

  • Size 1: 320x68

  • Size 2: 375x667

  • Size 3: 414×736

  • Size 4: 375×812

  • Size 5: 414×896

  • Size 6: 320×1024

Changing the Orientation of the Artboard

To change a vertical artboard to horizontal, check the 'horizontal' box in the right property editor.

Like many other parts, borders, shadow, opacity, and spacing can be applied using the property editor on the right, once the artboard has been selected.
